Me: When I purchased a set of tires from Bess, he was very professional & accepted 3 of my tires in exchange for it. He installed all four tires on July 2018. On February 7, 2020, I go to the dealership and am told, I need a wheel-alignment. When the tech comes to me, he says, my tires are on backwards, meaning the they facing the wrong way. So, instead of letting them fixed the problem, I said, let me take it back to where I purchased them. I take it back to Bess and he looks them over, and I ask him, if he sees the problem and his response is “yes!” Me: You’ll fix it, right? Bess: Yes! Can you bring it back tomorrow? Me: Yes! What time is convenient for you? Bess: 9am. I arrive at 8:55. He starts telling me how much he charges and he will only charge me $60 for the mounts. Me: I bought the tires from you and you never mentioned anything yesterday about charging me. I had a nail in my tire and took a chance on this place based on the reviews. I was greeted with very friendly customer service and he patched my tire quickly and for an awesome price. Usually service shops talk down to females but he was very respectful and helpful, would definitely recommend.
