Ray and his team are welcoming, professional, and very efficient. They take care of the work request, welcome walk-ins, and consistently provide service with a smile. This shop is absolutely amazing and they have gained a customer for life. The staff is filled with kind, genuine, and honest people who truly just want to help. Can’t thank them enough for fixing my tires and putting my license plate on!
We recently returned to McLean driving from Florida. Our tire was losing air, and Craftsman fixed it without charge. Then I needed regular scheduled service. The service was outstanding, efficient and with a smile. I’ll never bring my car elsewhere!
