Firestone Complete Auto Care

I was pleasantly surprised by the service. Previously, I had a Firestone in another state pretend like they were honoring an oil change coupon but giving a ridiculously high quote. I expected something similar here just based on my experience with them but nothing of the sort! They completely honored the coupon and even though the time for the oil change with an appointment in advance was a little on the high side, I got a call well before the estimated time of completion saying my car had been serviced. If it wasn't for that courteous call I would give four stars cause that's a long wait, but they did me good by getting it done faster and letting me know that they did, something I honestly did not expect them to follow through on. Much appreciated by me!

I needed 4 new tires due to a roadway mishap and they did a good job putting in the tires that I wanted. Actually, I think they do a better job of wheel balancing/alignment than my dealer. Their time estimates could be a tad bit more accurate, but I was in no rush. Overall, I was pleased with them.

I had a great experience with this location! I was in a pinch with a dead battery, but thankfully Drew, my service advisor, and Rowan, my service technician, took amazing care of me. Both were friendly and professional as well as took time to explain details about the service that I was receiving. I believe Drew will be going to the Wheaton Firestone location. I would definitely recommend this location and would visit the Wheaton location if it were also convenient for me to go to.
