First review I’ve ever had to make… I have never experienced such horrific customer service and car service in MY LIFE. To top it off, over the past few weeks I saw FIVE reviews with the exact same problem as me. I hit a deer with my car 8 weeks ago. I bring it in, they say it should be ready in 5 days. The ONE thing I asked of them was to please keep me updated if it was going to be longer because I need a rental for work. Never called me once. We call for an update (on the date it’s supposed to be ready, and we haven’t heard from them) and they say the parts came in broken and they have to reorder. Two more weeks come along - no update. We call and they say “oh they’re broken again!” Every mechanic I asked said this sounded made up or that the parts lady, Debby, is incompetent. It’s definitely both. To top it off, the other receptionist, Wendy, was extremely rude and as another reviewer put it beautifully “needs a serious attitude adjustment.” Spoke with Eddie the manager, seems like
