Caliber Collision

Used their paint services to fix the paint on my vehicle after someone backed into it. I was quoted a time frame for how long it was going to take. I received my vehicle 2 days before the estimated time of completion. I was also quoted the price for the work to be done and was also informed that if additional work is needed, they would communicate it first before proceeding so that there would be no surprises. For my particular situation, there was no need for additional work, so I knew exactly what I was going to need to cover that insurance wasn't going to be able to. I had a great and positive experience with the Caliber Collision Leesburg Team from start to the completion of the services I needed. Should I need additional work done on my vehicle, I would not hesitate to come back and employ their services again.

My husband's car get hit so I told him Caliber collision is a good place to go and he found one in Leesburg. Not as good as the one at Fairfax though, don't understand are they the same owner or just franchise. I won't go to Leesburg, they are not as professional as Fairfax. I have two good experience in Fairfax office but this one I will only give them 3 stars. I didn't pickup the car until they fixed it correctly and the did. The second time when I go pick up the car it is beautiful. Please keep up the good job, if anything happen to my car or someone asking me, I can recommend your shop to my friends. The following pictures will show why I didn't pickup the car until it fixed correctly.

I recently had to bring my car in over the Holidays for a repair. Everyone over at Caliber was super friendly. The drop off process went smoothly. They kept me informed regarding the progress of me car even over the Holiday. My car was fixed in a timely manner and the work is excellent! Pick up was easy as well. I would definitely work with them again in the future. Fantastic team!
