Battery Warehouse

When I first went to buy the battery I thought the place was great because of the options and the great customer service. A week or 2 later the battery no longer held a charge. The car sat until we could tow it over to the dealership. They charged the battery and it simply didn’t work. We ended up buying a new battery from the dealership and returned this one back to Battery Warehouse. My car had no electrical issues. The dealership replaced the battery and reprogrammed the key fob. My car had no issues ever since. They refused to refund me which was very annoying but fine. They charged the battery for 2 days and called me to pick it up. Since I purchased the battery and paid the core charge because I didn’t have a battery to exchange, I asked if they could at least keep the battery as a core and refund me the $18 core charge which they refused. So now I’m stuck with this battery that doesn’t work and I will avoid this place altogether. In all fairness, I got the cheapest battery t

Got me an excellent brand battery for 30 dollars cheaper than the cheapest option at another place. Excellent customer service with a wide selection as well.

This Battery Warehouse in Leesburg is an excellent organization. I brought a power wheels car there for warranty service and Sawyer took great care of me. He's very professional, got back to me promptly and handled everything with Fisher Price about the warranty and got my little guy back in the car very quickly.
