Good solid service with only one surprise: they texted "your car is ready " to my office landline phone so I didn't get word until I called to ask! Their intake form says "Phone" but nothing about it needing to be able to accept texts.

Went there a few minutes before 8am (which was the opening time posted on the door) and it's open. The purpose of my trip was to do an oil change and possibly a wheel alignment. I collected 2 coupons before the trip: one was for full synthetic oil change at $49.95 from their flyer; one was $49.99 (50% off regular price) for wheel alignment. I talked to the front desk guy and he assured I could use both coupons. But at the time of checking out, I was told only one coupon could be applied due to too many customers using coupons. I'd much rather being told up front. Other than this, this could be a 5 star rating. Attaching the better coupon.
