I had a transmission issue and dropped off my truck (2011 Ford F150 SVT). After determining what the problem was, Randy found that it may be covered under warranty. He gave me the phone number, recall information, and asked me to check with Ford to see if it would be covered. If it would, he stated that he would get the truck ready so I could pick it up and take it to Ford. They could have easily just done the repair and never said a word, but did the right thing and tried to find a less expensive way for me to get the truck fixed. My wife's Buick Enclave was rumbling and seemed to be skipping in the transmission. The dealership diagnosed it as needing a torque converter, which would be in excess of four thousand dollars, plus more to address other issues. Long story short, I got it there on Tuesday and it was fixed in a couple days for a mere fraction of what the dealership wanted. Wow!
