Absolutely love having this shop just down the street! I recently got a full Honda maintenance package done there for my CRV- cheaper, faster, and much better customer service than dealerships. They text or email a full diagnostics report and you can opt in or out of anything you don’t want to do right then. They never pushed what I opted out of (only did so because my lease is running up in weeks). Today they patched a tire for me in just 2 hours with no appointment, and their driver drove me home promptly after dropping off. Very fair prices, *excellent* honest customer service I haven’t found anywhere else in NoVA. Highly recommend!

Casey's has been our family's auto shop since we moved to the area over five years ago. Their customer service is exceptional, as they take the time to know you personally, make recommendations based on your individual needs, and provide detailed explanations of services. They've serviced our stock autos as well as modified SUVs, and we've always been met with professional and custom service. We have frequented multiple Casey's locations, and the management is consistent with company values. From well-stocked waiting areas for lounging (or working), to loaner cars or rides, and detailed service reports, Casey's strives to take care of their customers.

Casey’s Automotive was **amazing**! They sent me detailed descriptions of my vehicle along with photos of everything, so I knew when they said I needed air filter replacements, they were honest! They were also very upfront with me about pricing and what the immediate needs were for my car, and which issues could wait a while for me to get fixed so it wasn’t a huge charge. Their prices are reasonable as well. Steve and the team were awesome, and I will absolutely be going back!
