My parent's car had to be towed due to an alternator and then gobbled up battery because of the alternator. Ashley, at the front desk, was very helpful. It was my parent's car, so I didn't want them to be overly charged. Originally, my dad wanted to go to Honda, and Richmond Imports Service price was nearly $400 less. I felt comfortable and confident they were going to treat us right. Thanks, team RIS.

Richmond import service has and continues to be the only shop I trust to take care of my vehicles. They have serviced my vehicles for 20 years and I have been fortunate to eclipse 495000 miles on my Acura MDX, I since have replaced that car with another due to a self inflicted acccident. Prior to that my Lexus es accumulated 450,000 miles before I sold that to buy the Acura.. great service and personal detail!!
