The staff at Progressive Automotive was Courteous and Confident from Day 1 of reaching out to them for help on the phone. My vehicle needed extensive repairs, and I had already been run through the mill by other shops. Jay was confident they could resolve my issue and eased my fears. He set my expectations accordingly, taking into account any part delivery intervals. Once the equipment arrived, they set aside time dedicated to complete my repairs promptly. He kept me updated all along the way. Once completed, upon picking up, he educated me on the warranty applicable. The work was quality approved by the staff on site and also the owner! This gave me further piece of mind. 3 days out, so far so good, car drives and sounds great. Thank you Jay, Dave and Kelly, for taking care of me. My household has used this location off and on over the years for minor things like emissions testing and state inspections so their great customer service is already known to us. I wanted to point out todays service though! I stopped in to get a 2nd opinion check on my brakes and rotors since I was told by Nissan that both axles needed to be done, which I thought was strange since I hadn't noticed any abnormalities while driving. The gentleman at the counter also pointed out (which I agreed) that the rear wouldn't wear as fast as the front in most occasions but they would check things out and let me know. After about 30 min of road testing and inspections I was informed that the front was at 6/32 and rear at 4/32, no cracks or pitting on the rotors and the brake lines weren't leaking, etc. I appreciate their honesty and time taken to actually check things and not just reach into my pocket. When it is time to get the brakes done in the near future I will be returning here to have the w
