BEWARE!! Make sure you get your wheel lock key back if getting new tires!! They installed tires on both of my cars and unfortunately at the most inopportune times, I realized the wheel lock keys were missing for both cars. Soon after having the tires installed on one of the cars, my dealership advised me that there was a problem with one of the tire installations.

They called ahead and let me know there was no inspector on site, and did I still want to come in for my tire rotation. I said yes, and they let me know they were backed up and said I might want to wait at home 30-60 minutes. I appreciated that since I had an appointment. I would rather wait at home than in a waiting room. They provide a detailed report of services as well as price quote for things that may need to be addressed.

Had to get a new tire, Went to Pep Boys because they had the size tire I needed in stock and I knew they would also be able to install it. They recommended I should replace all my tires and get an alignment but told them I could only afford the one tire at the moment, they were understanding and didn't try to force me to get all that. They did the job quick. I have no complaints. Will go back when I need to replace the other tires.
