This review is well over do. I have been a customer for over a year and I have had nothing but EXCPETIONAL service from day one. Lupe and his staff are fair, honest and friendly. Being a woman I NEVER leave feeling like I'm being ripped off or taken advantage of. He explains everything in detail with video. Not only is he my mechanic but I consider him a friend. Lupe and his team of mechanics are exactly what auto shops should be like. Very honest, upfront, professional, knowledgeable,good people. We had our 2015 GMC Yukon Denali 6.2 hauled all the way from S.C. to have hot wheels perform an engine swap along with many other repairs. My brother being in the Marine corps living in Virginia had done bysiness with them several times and highly recommended hot wheels to us. I got to know Lupe at the 2022 Run to the Sun in Myrtle Beach S.C. and made a friend from the start. Since then we have remained friends and so when my wife’s Yukon was messed up by another mechanic in S.C. I had it hauled to Virginia to get it done right. I must say for all the work they did and the prices they charged was just remarkable. I highly recommend this repair shop for any and all your future needs. Most cheapest repair ever. Other shops quoted $800-1200 for an alternator change considering they would out a brand new OEM Honda alternator and said I’d have to leave the car by there for about a week or few days. I went to there shop without notice, and they changed my cars alternator in just 2 hours. Parts were refurbished and they picked them up right by from the advance auto parts shop. Highly recommend them. You won’t find a more cheaper repair shop than this. And work is very fast and quick
