Firestone Complete Auto Care

On 9/22/22 after a roadside emergency I arrived at the Firestone care center and experienced the store opening on time, the tire I needed in stock and prompt service (90 minutes). The manager Deborah displayed outstanding customer service, prompt ,polite and professional a true treat when you're 600 miles from home ????????

1st time using them and had to bc of my warranty. Will definitely use again-the experience was great, they made sure my parts were right even though they were sent the wrong parts initially(no fault of theirs). Lorenzo specifically made my experience here great and he’s the one plus the tech’s that will keep me coming back. Service: Brake service & repair

Took my car to firestone in Fredericksburg for an oil change on Friday, woke up on Monday and my car wouldn’t start… called the store and the guy was so rude and not helpful. Had it towed to a different mechanic and it didn’t look like the oil had even been changed. So he called Firestone to figure out what happened and GOT HUNG UP ON. They destroyed my vehicle and caused a catastrophic engine failure that’s gonna be $6k+ to fix, which I definitely don’t have, or a new car, which I definitely can’t afford. So now I have to spend the week calling corporate to file a complaint, unable to work, contacting lawyers, and trying to survive the catastrophic stress this caused in the meantime. 0/10 do not recommend. UPDATE: they sent out a “3rd party” to assess and they falsified the report! Saying my timing belt broke but my cars model has a timing chain inside the engine.
