I needed transmission work and brought my car here. The reviews gave me a sense of security and I thought this was going to be a great place to get work done. No. PRICES FOR SERVICES AT THE BOTTOM. I requested for an appointment over the phone. The man took my name and number and said alright. I dropped my vehicle off and it took them 2 days to look at my vehicle. Requesting an appointment is pointless. They were great with communication. They made sure to call every time any work needed to get done. Now, here comes the biggest side-eye. Cost. I was quoted 12,000 for what I thought was just transmission work. As I'm looking over my paper work, I realized that the transmission work was actually 8,514 not 12,000. They tacked on extra work I never requested. The services they added on were Brake pads and rotors - 1,172 Transaxle assembly - 8,514 (what I asked for) Pinpoint inspection for ABS light 221 Shock/strut assembly 1,923. The service advisor or whoever failed to disclose this. He

Chris and Jessica at the front office are wonderful to deal with. I know with confidence the work I had done there was done correctly and in the time they quoted me. I will definitely continue to bring my vehicles there.
