All Car Service - Fredericksburg

I can't explain how happy I feel to have found this place. I went to them on an early Saturday morning after the big Winter Storm of 2022 and both John and his Father were so incredibly accommodating and nice to me. I am not a car guy, I get how things work generally, but I have no idea of the costs and actual parts and things of that sort. John took my car out for a spin and spoke about the issues he felt and was incredibly honest. My car just needed brakes and it had a sound but a plastic piece had cone off from the bottom of the car and it was rubbing on my tires. He could have charged me a lot to diagnose the problem and then add on to that, but he was honest. He didnt even charge me for the part that was loose making that noise. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything to me. Perhaps he did it because I was there at 7AM and no one else was there, but I am so happy to have found him. They went above and beyond to take care of my car issues and actually got my car back to me much sooner than anticipated!!!
