Bottom line: this place charges dealer prices, so might as well take your car to a dealer. Brought in my Toyota for an oil change. They were friendly enough and very quick, seemed to do the job right. Was shocked when I got the final bill: they even added an extra $10 for an oil filter, which was a first for me because isn't the oil filter supposed to be included in the price for an oil and filter change? So yeah, they were good enough and I am not coming back because as I said, if they are going to charge the same price as a dealer, then I would be better off by taking my car to the dealership where they have actual Toyota mechanics.
