This review is way overdue. I have been using this dealership for all my service and repairs since 2020. I have been very impressed with the level of service from the service department. You get assigned a service representative for your car. Ryan Flumer has gone above and beyond for 2 of my major repairs in talking with car insurance and the collision center. Sean has also been very helpful with my regular maintenance. I'm always able to get a loaner car if I book out in advance. I highly recommend this place for all of your vehicle repairs!

The mark of any great organization is consistency and now on my third Volvo with Don Beyer, I can undoubtably share that they are the best sales experience(s) that I’ve ever had. There’s a culture within that is uniquely different. They seem to sell an experience and it works, really well. Ellie, whom I recently worked with, was absolutely terrific and managed to work around some challenging parameters. I can’t recommend her more. We absolutely love our new XC60 and the experience to acquire it made it even more enjoyable.
