Solid shop, with solid experience. I've been there multiple times, and they've always taken care of things efficiently. I once stopped by b/c I couldn't get a replacement lightbulb in (Awkward angle). The mechanic inserted it, and didn't charge me a cent for the trouble.
Kevin is one of the most patient and honest mechanics I have dealt with. I have taken 3 different vehicles to him and have been happy each time. I would DEFINITELY recommend!!!!
We have lived in NOVA for more than 25 years, and bring all our cars to Kevin and the Car Connection for fair, honest, and quality service. He's a straight shooter, and the shop staff are excellent. On occasion, we've taken our car for repair elsewhere (dealerships) and paid a lot more, for less satisfaction.
