My FIRST appointment with Casey’s Automotive was impressive! What great service and shop appeal! Very nice waiting room accommodations, 3 different areas, one especially designed to keep your kiddos entertained while waiting for your car to be serviced. My car was taken on time, no waiting, quick and easy checkout, friendly staff and followed up with me to be sure I was happy. Profesional service, ordered custom wheels and a set of new tires for my truck. Eric was very easy to work with, when I had an issue he was quick to respond a provide a solution and not an excuse. Service: Tires

Took my truck in for an alignment and was still charged for it even after they didn’t do any real adjustments based on the before and after measurements. The steering wheel was still crooked and truck still doesn’t feel right when driving. 3 stars only because they are very responsive and took on the job. I just wish they could have aligned it correctly. Took the truck to another shop and within 15 min of being on the rack it was aligned perfectly.
