NTB Chantilly was awesome. This was my first experience with NTB. They had me dropoff my vehicle since I didn’t have an appt. Marlin called with an assessment, recommendation & projected cost. He completed the work within the timeframe he gave. He also walked me through the work performed and things to look for as I drive the car. He and his associate were very friendly and helpful. Awesome place to do business!

I had an awesome experience at NTB. I had an appointment at 10am and called to see if I could get in a bit earlier. The staff worked with me and told me to come in and they would try to accommodate me. I was in and out in under 2 hours. Really happy with the service and pricing. Not pressured to do anything. I’ll def look to come back in the future. For all you Tesla folks, they do alignment here too and better price than tesla. Highly recommend.

I live in Brambleton and open NTB accounts in Ashburn. After NTB closed Ashburn location, i always go to Chantilly Location. although I am Loudoun county resident still I go to Fairfax County Chantilly and every time I go for Alignment, they do outstanding job. Specially on the front desk customer service The Philippino lady do Magnificent customer service and care. Always she do smiles, friendly, hospitality and shows positive attitude with excellent manners.
