Took my Grand Cherokee here for a diagnostic. Even though I declined the repair, I had a great experience. Brian and Jerry were both transparent with every aspect of the potential repair and very friendly. The employee who cashed me out was also easy to talk to and friendly. Great first impression of this shop and highly recommend.
