I am so pleased with my experience at JR Auto Repair. Juan came to my house, explained the diagnostic procedure and eventual diagnosis of the issue, then offered to drive my vehicle to the shop for repair so I didn't have to take my kids along and wait for hours with them. He made the repair the same day, within hours of me reaching out. He was pleasant to deal with, upfront about cost, and explained everything without being condescending.
