The service was excellent at Fairfax Collision Center. They took care to be sure I was informed at each step of my car’s repair. The workmanship is amazing because my car is like new. They were helpful in negotiating with the insurance company and securing a rental while my car was being repaired. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Our experience with Carstar was very good. The only reason I am taking one star away is that when we dropped the vehicle for repairs, we did not get any confirmation from them (hard copy or email/text) that the car was with them. I did, however receive timely calls with updates, but not having any paperwork when the car was dropped off was a little concerning. Other than that, the service was worth 5 stars. They were clear about everything they did and provided me with a detailed invoice. They worked directly with the insurance company, so I did not have to be the mediator. All in all, it was a good experience and we will bring our car back here if needed (hopefully not) Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I recently got hit by a car and had to get some repairs done. Fairfax collision did a great job! They took me in quickly, sent me daily updates and I was able to receive my car back in a short period of time. Great customer service! Highly recommend them!
