What a rip off! I left my Porsche cayenne with billy for a few days to diagnose some issues. The car had more than one issue so I asked billy to diagnose, provide the error codes, tell me what needs to be done, and give me a quote for the repairs. This guy billy charged me almost $300 just to tell me "oh you have an exhaust leak" yeah I knew that, but what about the other issues, how much will it cost? What codes is the car registering. I got nothing, not to mention billy isn't even at his shop half the time, where there is no sign, and doesn't answer the phone. Billy might be a decent mechanic but he's no good at doing proper business. Service: Auto maintenance
