Took 6 weeks and $17k to fix a fender bender, then says it’s done and my car grinds louder than it did when it got towed. Absolutely no vetting of work done, no accountability when called out for the obvious lack of quality control, and no reason to trust them in the future.
Had some rodents chew through wires in the engine bay. CCC got the car back up and running without any issues, kept me up to date on repairs along the way. Great repair shop!
