Wife & I were on the way to the grocery store. Low tire pressure light came on. Pulled over & saw a huge screw in the center of the rear passenger side tire. We were right around the corner from Bingo Tires & Auto in Centreville, so we stopped in. They had the tire off, screw pulled out, tire plugged & reinstalled very quickly.
