It’s is the worst place to go to! I went in today for state inspection and was told that I didn’t pass because of my headlights. The tech came back and explained that they can fix it for $40, I said okay. He came back and explained that they couldn’t fix it I needed to go somewhere else and get it fixed so I did. That costed me $89! I returned to this absolutely disgusting establishment but this time I stayed in my car. He tried to tell me my car was still failing after I did a complete headlight restoration. As I’m sitting in the car I put on the high beams. All of a sudden their machine started working but they needed to adjust my lights because it was at 20 but it needed to be at 4. They eventually passed my car BUT they charged me an additional $21 for re-inspection of my vehicle because he needed to adjust the lights. I checked the reviews after I left and I’m not the only person that they have done this to! STAY AWAY from this establishment, they are scammer! Horrible service and

Avoid this place like the plague! If Valvoline was smart they'd make it very clear they are not associated with Lee Auto Center. I'm not even going to start with the utterly abysmal customer service. I couldn't believe it, it's almost like they think they're doing you a favor by taking your money (Not my money). This is by far the worst automotive experience I've had ever. I'll take my money 5 minutes west to another station.

Absolutely the worst-please look at all the other reviews and go somewhere else to get an inspection. They will make things up-especially the “headlight” issue to get more money out of you. A man failed me and I addressed all issues-then all of the sudden had to pay additional money when returning for a headlight issue that wasn’t found on my original visit. The bald “middle eastern “ man the worst! BEWARE
