Very professional, very reasonable on price, got me in on short notice. My go to mechanic from now on. Highly recommend ????
Satisfactory work on struts & brakes. But owner did Not honor an important appointment for a later needed brief service. Said his other job would produce more income. He also had a belligerent attitude when I politely expressed regret about the broken appointment. I needed it to take a disabled family member on a rare vacation. I will never return to Fern's due to the owner's hostile uncaring attitude.
He's a really nice guy once you get to know him. Fern is incredibly smart . He has worked on all my cars for years! Five stars
