In Short: Untrustworthy, not thorough, not properly diagnosing or testing issues. Recently I bought a used car from a friend and brought it in for general maintenance and emissions inspections. They had been servicing a family member for some years and so I made the mistake of being trusting and gave them the go ahead to do whatever they thought was necessary. They charged me $300 dollars for a that retails at around $60, and I found out later that the previous owner just barely replaced it. It was new as of only a few months ago! (They didn't get to the bottom of the real problem either.) Also, I complained about noise and vibration in the front while braking. They replaced the REAR brakes, telling me later it was "metal to metal". Which was a straight lie, as I would hear squealing or scraping if it had been so. I didn't.
