Very disappointed in their customer service and communication. Made a 10:00 appt and when I showed up they said the mechanic wasn’t there and they didn’t know when he’d be there. They never bothered to call me before I drove there. Rescheduled my appt for 3:00 that afternoon. Dropped off vehicle and was told it takes about 45 min. After an hour and a half I hadn’t heard from them so I called and they hadn’t even started. Frustrating since my son needed to be somewhere at 5. So we picked it up without having anything done. Wasted so much time all day without it being taken care of. Will find somewhere else from now on. Service: Oil change
