Completely lied to! I don't know if it was because I was a woman, but I went in there knowing about emissions because my husband used to do them, and the guy still tried to tell me that it would take an hour to do the actual emissions test on my 94 pickup. I've never heard of such thing. I went to Walt's Phillips 66 instead, and they got me out of their under 10 minutes.

Jones has truly been amazing. We have had a really hard time finding a car place that we trust, and Jones has been so honest, so helpful, and incredible to work with. Every time my wife or I take our car in, they tell us honestly what is wrong and we've grown to trust them completely.
