Sunset Auto Body

Ricky's towing responded to an accident that my son & I were in. The car was taken to their storage yard. We have been trying to get our car moved since 9/9/20. They refuse to answer the phone @ the tow yard & the body shop! My insurance agent has even gone over to have the car moved. They refused to take an insurance check, personal check or debit card from her, they would only accept cash! It is now 11 days later & we have no idea where our car is! I will never allow Ricky's towing to touch one of my cars ever again!

Bought a car from them in April 2018. They claimed they had repaired some collision damage on the car, but 2 years later the bondo job they did started cracking and breaking through the paint. Poor quality auto body work.

Mark was awesome. He's been doing auto body repair work for his entire life. I just needed some double-sided tape on a few trim pieces, I offered to pay him for his time but he was willing to do that for free. That says alot about someone. These guys are very professional, I would definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone. Service: Body & Trim
