These guys are amazing with honest work and they will take you out into the back where the vehicles are being worked on and point out the issues that your vehicle is having, give you a copy of the quote. The cost to get my rear seal and oil gasket on my Cadillac Escalde was very affordable and was happy with the cost. I would suggest anyone who has problems with their vehicle, they should take it over the Chavez Auto Services. Edgar is the gentleman who worked on my vehicle and there was another guy, I believe the owners son. These guys were very helpful !!! Thank you gentlemen! I'll be back if I have anymore issues !

Great customer service on phone and in-person! ! I am pretty new to driving, and cars in general. Had visited three other mechanics around town, but unfortunately did not get the help I needed. We had an issue in the freeway at about 6:00 pm- desperately had to go to the closest shop. They were incredibly friendly, and took one look at the car and realized the issue- engine fan had broken. They were able to order the part and fix within 24 hours. Gave us a precise breakdown of the prices, and checked oil, coolant, and fixed a windshield wiper issue for free. We will definitely come back if we ever need it, and highly recommend this shop! Service: Engine repair
