My brother in law recommended a used vehicle for sale at Automotive Solutions. My husband and I came, checked it out and purchased the car. We were immediately impressed with Brian, the salesperson we met with. He was down to earth, honest and gave us an amazing deal! The next day I was driving it and noticed a moaning sound that got louder when I accelerated. I called Paul and he told me to bring the car back. After checking it out thoroughly, Paul discovered that in order to take care of the sound, the car needed a new transmission. Paul and Brian worked relentlessly to try and get me into a warranty that would cover a new transmission. Unfortunately, no one was willing. Paul apologized and gave me a full refund on my purchase of the vehicle without hesitation. He definitely didn't have to do that! I think any other dealership would've said, "Sorry but once you purchased and drive out of our dealership you're on your own if there are any issues." That's not how Paul and Brian operate
