Burt Brothers Tire & Service

I have been to Burt’s at the 300 S. location twice. The first time I got 4 brand new tires on their recommendation. At the time they added in insurance I never asked for. When looking at the insurance it only covers manufacturer defects. Hardly worth what I paid. Couple years later and one of my tires has a slow leak. I take it back in to use the “free” benefits and get a tire repair and rotation. The team here go right into the same sales pitch they gave me before. They can’t repair the tire because “it was driven on flat” which isn’t true. Their only recommendation is all new tires. My current tires are far below the miles they told me they’d last. I decline the offer of new tires. I come to pick up my car, which isn’t ready. Interesting as they did none of the things I brought it in for. (Tire rotation, flat repair, balancing) Wouldn’t recommend. They don’t feel trustworthy. My other tire buying experiences at Discount Tire and Costco have been much better. If you know you need new

Been coming here for a long time, this place is a great place of business. Awesome people and awesome workers that will work hard beyond to get your needs met! Never had a bad experience here. I do understand like any other place of business there will always be hiccups, but every single time will do their very best to get it resolved. Definitely recommend this place. Bad reviews are left anywhere, don't make assumptions of just a couple reviews go there and get your own experience! I love you Burt brothers

This location seriously struggles with basic business functions. Recommend Big O around the corner. Attempted to use this location several times over the last 2 years. never a good experience. they are constantly cancelling appointments, missing deadlines or flat out not working on you car the day of your appointment. Last time I went in for a tire rotation dropped off my car for 8am for an 8:30 AM appointment. didn't get my car till 7:30 PM when I finally had enough and left without.
