I bought a Mercedes-Benz from Tony recently. I had never met Tony or been to his lot or shop before. I happened to come across his information and came away extremely impressed! Most importantly Tony is honest. I very much appreciate Tony’s honesty in how he works with his customers and runs his business. Second Tony knows his cars. He knows what he is buying and selling to his customers. He prices them fairly and honestly. My wife and I very much appreciated being able to buy a car knowing he knows the quality of each car and where they should be priced. Third Tony cares. He took time to talk with my wife and I through the purchasing process and explain all he knew about the car and showed us his other vehicles. I could tell Tony cares about what he does because of his great knowledge about the vehicles and the cleanliness. Tony treated us like garbage. Couldn’t even print out a diagnostic report for us (which we paid for) And told us if we want it to be printed out that we go to the dealer and pay more there. And when we said if we can write what we need for the car he told us “I don’t care”. No way to treat your customers. No room for flexibility and made us feel like we were annoying him. Too much attitude from this place. Highly suggest staying away. Service: General repairs & maintenance
