I got T-boned and had to get a new door and quarter panel. They did a great job getting fixed in a timely manner even with back orders on the parts. Almost a year later, the paint started chipping and they fixed it free of charge and it looks great!

I am completely shocked at my recent experience with Rays.. I have had countless family members take cars here and talk highly of them so when my car was hit in a parking lot I instantly called them to do the work on my vehicle. The man who gave me the estimate to repaint my bumper was very kind and I was happy with my decision to have the work done by them. Fast forward to the day my car was supposed to be repaired. I called to see if they had a rental car for me to use while my vehicle was getting fixed and the woman on the phone was VERY RUDE. I needed a SUV due to my job and when I mentioned I would have to get a rental through another company since they only had a small car available she went off on me. I am not sure if she had a personal relationship with the man who’s daughter hit my car or what but she proceeded to tell me that the man had been more than understanding with me for the damages on my vehicle and that I was being very unreasonable for the amount of damages on my ca
