Experienced Automotive Mechanics

I have to say I have had many experiences with mechanics and this place was so good to me. I am a single mom and struggle with keeping everything going and the last thing I needed was my car to break down on me due to that is my job doing deliveries. He checked it all and is the sweetest understanding guy I have ever dealt with. I am so thankful and I will never go anywhere else for my BMW. Thank u again!!

We’ve gone to these guys for years. Initially we were extremely satisfied with their customer service and mechanical service. HOWEVER, over the past 3 years their service has declined dramatically. I took my Mini Cooper in because the check engine light was on. They kept the car 2 weeks, and charged $3000. I drove the car for 3 weeks and the light came back on. I took the car back, again, they kept the car 2 weeks and charged an additional $2000. Within 2 days and only 58 miles driven, the light was back on. I returned to these guys and they said it would be $500 to put new ignition coils in. The same part online was $100. WE ARE NOT GOING BACK! WE ARE NOT GOING BACK! Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Friendly, honest neighborhood mechanic. I've had EA do work from minor jobs (AC recharge, replace tires) to major jobs (replacement clutch, high pressure fuel pump) they've worked on several different cars for me over the last couple of years, including my diesel truck and they've been great! I'm most pleased with their communication. They keep in touch throughout the work or service they are doing and communicate with me when ever they find something unexpected. I also appreciate how quickly they can fit me into their schedule. The owner, Chad, is doing a great job and has an awesome staff. I highly recommend Experienced Automotive.
