I have been going to Scott Johnson, owner of Cottonwood Garage, exclusively for my car repairs (and advice) for more than 20 years. I cannot begin to express my appreciation for his honesty and integrity. These days, a simple oil change can turn into 20 parts and services that you feel forced by fear into agreeing to, but not with Scott. As a single mom with a limited income, I need someone trustworthy who will fix what's broken, tell me what I need to be mindful of, and give me the confidence that I'm doing what's needed to maintain my car without going overboard. Scott has many times passed over opportunities to bring home a bigger paycheck at the expense of others. His character won't allow for that. Scott cares about taking care of you and your car, it's as simple as that. That's the way is should be everywhere. Scott was a nice guy to talk to. Him and his crew replaced my clutch in my jeep and so far it looks like they did a great job.

Scott is a crook. Charged me over $600 to put in a starter then told me my car doesn’t drive. He told me it would cost more to fix than the cars worth. He basically charged me $$ to run codes which as he said “ code machines cost money,” however I could go to an Auto Zone and use there’s for free!! I needed up feeling I had no choice than to junk the car. As the tow truck came to pick it up guess what it drove and even drove up the ramp. I have spoken to two friends of mine that are mechanics and to quote again “ wow, you got got!!!” Unreal. No wonder his shop is so slow !!!! Service: Auto maintenance
