Les Schwab Tire Center

Took small SUV in for wheel alignment. The SUV has factory set camber and caster and only allows for toe in or toe out adjustments. Cost $140 to do a toe adjustment and they left the steering wheel crooked and did not bother straightening it to be centered. I went there previously to get my tires rotated and they did it but did not mention the inside tire wear which was clearly obvious & marked "no wear." What a joke Les Schwab has become. Used to be a reputable place but not any more.

Worst experience I’ve ever had in a tire store. I’ve already spent thousands of dollars at this specific location, I walked in today on a Tuesday afternoon ready to spend at least $3000 on new wheels and tires and a leveling kit. I walked around the store pacing and looking at tires, I spoke to three people at the front desk whom all stated that they were unqualified to help me purchase new wheels and tires. Not a single person was willing to help me shop for wheels and tires for over 40 minutes. I will never spend another dime at this location, ever.
