This place will take your money and you call and they tell come to a different location for a car wash. No refund I called and he knew that the credit card machine wasn’t working. The person told me there’s nothing he can do.
Customer service was bad. I was trying to pass my vehicle but they wouldn’t because my system wasn’t ready so they told me to come back after driving for a while. I came back a week later and it still wasn’t ready. So I kept driving, came back again and still not ready. After driving 500 miles I come back and their systems were down. So I had to wait another week until I was available again and they told me I went past the 30 days to pass so I had to pay $37 AGAIN. Last time I will be going there. They have dogs in the lobby and it smells like dog piss. Their chairs are uncomfortable, customer service is a joke, nothing about this place is professional.
Great customer service, always get you in and out quick. Super honest company. I’d never take my vehicle anywhere else
