I've been taking my cars to Elmer's since about 2013. They've never fixed anything without getting a price approval to me first. They're great at explaining what needs to be done, and why. They're also great at prioritizing fixes for you if you're on a budget. They're always fair. I usually ask them how far out they are on repairs and can get my car in and out relatively fast. Most recently had them recharge AC, replace shocks & rear brakes, and inspect & advise on an oil leak all in a day and a half. Highly recommend!
Fantastic experience. This is the second time I have used Elmers and I’ve been beyond pleased both times. They finished a major repair quickly, they were willing to explain what went wrong and how I can prevent further issues.
