I had a brake fluid leak and it was a scary situation with the brakes not working properly. Both Terry and Amy were so kind, honest and reassuring. They repaired my car. I felt great using their business and want everyone to know what a great job they did!

Short version - Long time customer but never returning after they caused damage, refused to admit it, accused my family of causing the damage, and charged an outrageous fee in the end. Full story... I've been bringing our cars here for well over a decade and have never had complaints. Prices did seem high, but I stayed with them because I thought they were trustworthy and provided good service. My son now has training and certification in car repair, so we asked him to do oil changes on 2 of our cars. After he looked under the 1st car, he told me never to go back again because the drain plug was rounded. It could only have happened at Kwik Kar because no one else has changed oil in that car since we've had it (5+ years). He then tried to get it unstuck but couldn't, so I called the shop to ask if there's something they could do. Used to be good for taking your cars now it’s long wait times and money grabs galore here. Didnt write down arrival time waited over 2:30 hours for a simple state inspection. Guy drive the truck hard around the turn because I pointed out that it was 2:30 hour wait… then proceeds to fail the inspection on window tint when the car was already registered by dealer. Will never bring my cars or recommend this place again. There’s a reason why you’re short staffed no one wants to work here anymore and honestly you’ll probably be losing more and more customers because of it. Peace out!
