Went there for a wheel alignment and gave them the wheel lock key. Job done on my way home I realized I had not taken it back. No problem I will pick it up tomorrow I figured. Went back next day and their response was, it's not here, if it's not in your car we don't know where it is. Not a fan of this location and their Customer Service.
Great customer service and very honest people. Hector was so helpful and patient. I was at O’Reily’s auto part in Wylie changing the battery I had warranty on and they said they could not change it for me. Hector told his manager Caleb and he came on his day off up to the auto part and put in the new battery for me. That is what I call excellent customer service and satisfaction. I have had several jobs done at Brakes Plus and no issues at all. Super thorough! I highly recommend them.
they’re so helpful, hard work ethics and very customer friendly, i definitely recommend coming here and getting service by them 10 out of 10! i took my car in to get fixed in the morning and got it back before they closed that day. amazing workers :) Services: Wheel alignment, Auto body & trim replacement, Auto maintenance, Oil change
