I came at 10 and at 12:30 they were still replacing my front brake pads and air filters. Please don’t shift your bad management for late part delivery. You are supposed to estimate how long it will take rather than making me wait forever.

My husband has taken his Mustang to 2 different Pep Boys locations after dealing with a few issues and the engine light being on- Wylie and McKinney, both of which agreed to servicing his vehicle using our warranty services. We paid the deposit and all was “fixed”. So we thought. BOTH LOCATIONS CLEARED THE ENGINE CODE AND DID NOTHING!!!! They literally did absolutely nothing to fix the issue. The McKinney location PROMISED they would fix the issue and apologized for Wylie’s location not handling the issue properly… McKinney location ended up lying and doing the same exact thing! They had the car for a week after my husband begged them to figure out the issue, and they called and said nothing was wrong. The were clearly just clearing the code to get the engine light to turn off. How does Pep Boys stay in business? This is ridiculous. We will be calling corporate immediately and contacting our warranty service to make sure they don’t pay out to Pep Boys for doing work they never did! Bac
