Ran over a vape pin. My road hazard coverd 3/4 of the price of a new tire. Guys were great and knowledgeable! Fixed it fairly quick considering how busy they where.
These guys rock and Carlos is Rock star manager. I take all my rides to these guys and they are honest. I had multi thousand dollar wheels they honestly told me they didn’t feel comfortable doing and suggested a different store. So happy for that
They failed to balance my tires correctly on Monday and when I returned Friday after Thanksgiving, they said I needed a front end alignment. The truck road smooth and straight with original tires . They rebalanced the tires correctly gave me my keys and a broken lug nut and said here's your truck, oh, and by the way, we broke your lug nut. Didn't even bother to offer to pay for any damage. This place will lie to sell you services you do not need and when they realize you're smarter than the average bear, they get snickety. Firestone, the modern day sears and roebuck's car care. Never going back.
