Hwy 78 Auto

Disappointed!! I came in today to have the fuel system, front end suspension, shocks/struts done. When someone (I believe he's the owner/manager) walked in, he acted as if it was an imposition to even speak to me. Literally as I'm trying to let him know what I was there for he just started pointing to the keys and invoices on the counter and says, "are you going to leave it here". When I started to speak again, he starts talking over me and again starts pointing to the keys and invoices on the counter. I replied, "yes, I can leave it here, I planned on it". Then he continued on with a rude "I don't want to be bothered" demeanor and goes on to tell me that he's busy etc. At this point I've still not even been able to tell him why I was there. So, I asked him, "would you like to know why I'm here". He said, "yeah" and starts saying something along the lines of he's got xyz to do. So, I just told him, "nevermind" and turned to walk away. My initial expression was really sad; they refused to assist me in replacing my brake pads since I purchased them at Autozone; instead of acquiring a customer and providing assistance, they dissipated me right away. HWY 78 Auto is not a business that cares about gaining customers, but rather about how much money it can extract from them. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Hwy 78 auto is awesome! They take care of my family & company vehicles. Always great customer service. Goes above & beyond to explain what I don't understand & they make you feel like you're dealing with family instead of treating you as just another customer. Highly recommend! ????
