Integrity 1st Automotive (Wylie, TX)

I have used Integrity 1st - Wiley for automotive repairs and maintenance for my 3 vehicles and each time I visit I am blown away by their service and customer care. It is refreshing to have a safe place to bring our vehicles where I know I can trust the quality of the work and the professionalism of the service technicians. James was amazing to work with and truly understands customer delight!

We have used Integrity 1st for a few years now, and I have always enjoyed bringing our vehicles here for maintenance for many reasons. We brought both cars again last week, and the staff was always friendly and efficient! The new manager, Nate Davis, went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with the service and made an effort to learn about us as clients. We will continue to use them!

Was referred to Integrity by my father-in-law who had used them in the past and am so happy I came here. Needed to replace my spark plugs and a faulty ignition coil. From the moment I walked in the stress of getting my car fixed was lifted off my shoulders. Nate helped walk me through all my options in a way that I could understand. Came the very next day for a full diagnosis where all the problems were laid out for me from major to minor. Came two days later and got all the parts needed installed and fixed. Also gave me ways to get major discounts which was much appreciated! I would recommend Integrity 1st to anyone who needs some work done on their vehicle! Took the stress out and treated me like family!
