Our minivan broke down on our vacation to Wimberley. Not only did Ryan fix major issues (pump, alternator, and serpentine belt), he completed it in about five hours and at a good price. He kept our vacation from being ruined. Also, Ryan is well-respected in the community, which means a lot to me, too. Thank you for your help and keep up the great work!

Not very friendly. Guy wanted to tell me he doesn’t go with “trends of people buying parts for their cars and isn’t sure when this started happening, but they don’t take customer bought parts.” Listen pal. My family ran automotive repair for over 70 years in Austin. If I have a documented diagnostic from the dealership stating what repairs are needed and I purchase the parts, you should be able to put in the labor to do the work and only warranty the labor. If there’s a failure on parts, that’s on me to resolve. It’s simple.
